Our upstream provider has updates scheduled for the 6/5/2024 7:30pm – 10:30pm
They are working to upgrade our failover networks and protect our network against outages. We anticipate short periods of downtime across all hosting servers during this window.

Identified

Our upstream NBN aggregator has identified an bug with their hardware vendor.
They are currently working with the vendor to restore all services and we should have an update soon as this is affecting multiple ISP’s at the moment

This only Affects NBN services in QLD.
